COVID 19 SAFETY MEASURES

We are strictly following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, including repeated staff training on these measures. All of our employees must wear a face covering throughout their shift. We require face coverings for all guests when first arriving to their appointment. A temperature check will be done to all clients. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less  than 24 hours of notice or no-shows are subject to a  cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.


AGE LIMIT

Our teen facial is available for clients over the age of 13. Clients must have an adult present when first checking in to an appointment. 


APPOINTMENTS

All services are by appointment only. We do not allow walk-ins. Only guests with a scheduled service are permitted in the facility, except a parent accompanying a minor.  


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are good for all products and services. Not to be redeemed for cash. Card can be reloaded. Treat the card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Facial Suite is not responsible for lost cards 


MEMBERSHIPS

Members may not transfer their monthly credit to anyone. Credit can not be redeemed for products. Must be used within two months or credit will expire. Our membership is a 6 month long contract and a $100 cancellation fee will be added if client wishes to end membership for that time.


LOST PROPERTY

Facial Suite is not responsible for any lost or stolen property for any  guests.
